I’m Austin, and I’m the founder of Scout Retirement. I help hardworking people plan with confidence for the years ahead.

For me, retirement planning isn’t about charts and jargon, it’s about people. I grew up in the mid-south and have devoted my career to helping families in both ministry and finance. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Sierra, and we have three fantastic kiddos.

When I’m not meeting with clients you might find my coaching leaders, reading a good book, and enjoying family time.

Scout Retirement was named after our faithful black lab. Even though he’s crossed on, his name lives on here as a reminder to always serve with loyalty, faithfulness and care.
